Meet Ernest.

Ernest G. Ianetti, Esq. has been practicing for 30 years law, since 1986. Ernest is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School, Newark and a summa cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford.

Ernest is admitted to practice in the following courts:

  • United States District Court, District of New Jersey

  • United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey

  • State of New Jersey, All Courts

  • Territorial Court of the United States Virgin Islands

Over the course of his career, Ernest has had the opportunity to push boundaries and advance the law. His work in State v. Baker, 310 N.J. Super. 128 (App. Div. 1998), State v. Sanchez, 129 N.J. 400 (1992) and Jecker v. Hidden Valley, 422 N.J. Super. 155 (App. Div. 2011) resulted in new law for his clients.

Bankruptcy.

An experienced family law litigator, Ernest represents clients in divorce, custody disputes, and domestic violence. Ernest has litigated child custody cases in New Jersey and internationally under the Hague Convention.

But, if negotiations break down, Ernest is an experienced litigator who will take your case trial and fight for your rights.

Criminal Law.

Ernest G. Ianetti began his career working with Raymond A. Brown, Esq., one of the nations foremost criminal defense and civil rights attorneys.

Ernest has represented criminal defendants involved in white collar crimes, Medicaid fraud, violent crimes, including homicides and street crimes. Ernest has served as designated counsel to the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender as well as the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law. In those positions, he has handled over 3,000 criminal matters.
